Diners at our Celebration meal were treated to talks from two inspirational women last Thursday

We began our 25th year celebrations with a meal at the Restaurant at West Herts College last Thursday

Alison Kelly -Keegan ran the marathon last year and her efforts raised eight thousand pounds!!!

Alison is passionate about supporting Home-Start and local families, a parent herself and a teacher she is well aware of the challenges local families face

Jude Allen is a founder of the Sweet Tree farm and spoke passionatly about her journey

‘SweetTree Farming For All’, is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company with the primary aim of making a positive difference to the lives of vulnerable individuals in Hertfordshire and London who are experiencing social and educational exclusion http://www.sweettreefarmingforall.org.uk

The students at West Herts College were perfect hosts, the restaurant provides a real life learning experience for them and we enjoyed supporting them!

The event raised £507.00 which will could provide 20 visits to local families in need
