Make a Referral to Home Start

All Home-Starts work differently. At Home-Start Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere, we take referrals at all times and maintain a waiting list. Once we receive your referral, we’ll be in touch to let you know how long the wait will be and if we need any more information.

Referring yourself

You can refer yourself for our support. If you are a family with a child under 4 ½ and think that we would be able to support you, then please contact us. A member of our team will take some details from you and chat further to see how Home-Start is able to offer you support.
